Painting, Education & Artistic Leadership

Barbara Kamyszek-Gieburowska is a graduate of the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Poznań (now the University of the Arts Poznań), where she earned her diploma in 1972 from the Faculty of Painting, Graphics, and Sculpture.

Between 1975 and 1983, she worked as an exhibition specialist at the International Press and Book Club while also teaching at the State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Poznań. Beginning in 1975, she served as a permanent artistic consultant responsible for training instructional staff at the Palace of Culture.

Exhibitions & Professional Activity

Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions, as well as plein-air workshops and competitions in Poland and internationally. Her longstanding dedication to both artistic practice and arts education reflects a deep commitment to cultivating cultural dialogue and creative development.
